2021 - Promoted to Director of Product, leads enterprise data and platforms modernization and innovation. Overseeing migation of global data, digital channels/platforms as well as Servicing & Travel platforms.
2020 - Expanded the scope to leading multiple enterprise portfolios' digital transformation and modernization as well as product analytics
2018 - Promoted to Senior Manager and began the journey as product manager. Product Owner of a cloud based Customer Insights product uses big data and machine learning techniques to drive process efficiency and know customers better for better customers experiences
2016 - Promoted to manager led Data Science Center of Excellence and launched the first machine learning based platform for servicing
2015 - Joined American Express as Senior Data Analyst on Voice of Customers focus on analyzing customers' surveys responses and text mining on open-ending quesitons.
2014 - Moved to Miami, FL and joined Momentum Consulting as Business Intelligence Consultant led solution and implementation of machine learning based solution for clients from various industries including Healthcare, Logistic, Food Services, Property Insurance and Engineering services.
2014 - Received Master of Artificial Intelligence (specialized in Machine Learning) from Institute for Artificial Intelligence from The University of Georgia (UGA). Please refer here for my academic research (WIP).
2014 - Research Assistant of Evolution Computation and Machine Learning Lab (ECML) in The University of Georgia (UGA)
2011 - Graduated from colleage and moved to U.S.A for graduate school. Received Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Bachelor of Business Administration (minor) from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
2010 - Started the first professional job as programming analyst intern at Digital Information and Transformation Department at China Unicom

After graduate school, Sha shifted her focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning to solve real life and business problems including improve customer experience (CX), omnichannel customer journey, digital transformation and reengineering & process improvement.
